This paper-making machine is versatile, capable of utilizing various raw materials including waste paper, recycled paper, trees, bamboo, reed, wheat straw, cotton, and bagasse. It produces high-quality paper products such as A4 paper, printing paper, copy paper, writing paper, and cultural paper. With a capacity ranging from approximately 50 to 300 tons per day, it ensures efficient production to meet diverse market demands.
Wire Section: Typically, it comprises two types: cylinder mould wire and fourdrinier wire. Its primary function is to remove water from the wet paper.
Press Section: This section presses water from the wet paper, resulting in a dryness level ranging from 22% to 46%.
Dryer Section: Dedicated to drying the paper, it enhances the dryness level to 92%-95% after exiting the dryer.
Reeling Section: Its purpose is to reel the paper into jumbo paper rolls for further processing or distribution.
Sizing Section: While optional, the sizing machine adds starch to the paper, rendering it waterproof.
Calender Section: Also optional, this section smoothens the paper surface for improved quality.
Rewinding Section: Optional yet essential for certain applications, this section slits and rewinds the jumbo paper roll into smaller rolls for specific purposes.
