Culture A4 Copy Paper Writing Machine is a production line that use waste books paper, wood pulp board, waste paper box, old corrugated carton, wheat straw pulp, wood etc. to produce writing paper, copy paper, culture paper etc. , within a capacity of around 100tons a day.
Brief Introduction: The paper machine boasts a net paper width of 3800mm, primarily catering to the production of high-strength corrugated paper. It comprises several key sections, including the Headbox, Fourdrinier Wire Section, Press Section, Front Dryer Section, Beveled Surface Sizing Machine, Back Dryer Section, and Reeling Section.
Headbox: Utilizing an air-cushion mechanism, the Headbox maintains precise control over pulping pressure by regulating internal gas pressure.
Wire Section: This section features a single fourdrinier wire setup, comprising essential components such as breast roll, forming plate, dehydration board, and vacuum components, alongside forming wire guidance.
Press Section: Divided into the 1st and 2nd presses, each equipped with large-diameter rolls and vacuum suction capabilities. Hydraulic cylinder pressure is employed for pressurization, facilitated by upper and lower felts.
Front Dryer Section: Consists of 1800 dryer cylinders with group drive, complemented by semi-enclosed gas hoods for efficient drying.
Beveled Surface Sizing Machine: Equipped with chrome-plated metal rollers and a coating metal roller, utilizing corrugated tire pressure for pressurization.
Back Dryer Section: Similar to the Front Dryer Section, it features 1800 dryer cylinders with group drive and semi-enclosed hoods for optimal drying conditions.
Reeling Section: Utilizes pneumatic horizontal reeling machines for efficient paper winding and handling.
