Wire Section: The wire section efficiently removes excess water from the wet paper, preparing it for subsequent processing stages.
Press Section: This critical stage presses out the remaining water from the paper, significantly improving its dryness to a level between 22% and 46%.
Dryer Section: Using a combination of heat and airflow, the dryer section achieves an impressive dryness level of 92% to 95%, ensuring the paper is ready for the next steps.
Reeling Section: Here, the paper is expertly wound into large rolls, streamlining the process for further distribution and processing.
Sizing Section: This optional step involves applying sizing to the paper, imparting waterproofing qualities and enhancing its structural strength.
Calender Section: The paper's surface undergoes meticulous smoothing in the calender section, resulting in a refined finish that enhances its quality and appeal.
Rewinding Section: In the final stage, jumbo rolls are precisely slit and rewound into smaller, more manageable rolls, ready for distribution and various applications.
