This papermaking machine has the capability to utilize various raw materials such as waste paper, recycled paper, wood, bamboo, reed, wheat straw, cotton, and bagasse to produce high-quality craft paper, kraft paper, corrugated paper, fluting paper, testliner paper, etc. It operates with a daily capacity of around 50 tons.
Paper Machine Wire Section: The paper manufacturing process begins with the wire section of the paper machine. Here, a precise stream of watery stock is dispensed onto a wire or forming fabric, forming a dense mat through water extraction. The paper web rapidly loses moisture, reducing its water content to 75-80%.
Paper Machine Press Section: Further dehydration occurs as the paper web passes through nip rollers, squeezing out moisture and compacting fibers. Water content is reduced to 45-55%.
Paper Machine Drying Section: The paper web is then dried using steam-heated cylinders, reaching 80-85% dryness. A starch solution is applied for stiffness and fiber cohesion. The paper loses approximately 93% of its water content during this stage.
Paper Machine Finishing: To refine the paper's surface for printing, it undergoes a pass through precision rollers.
Paper Machine Winding: Finally, the paper is wound onto a large reel and then cut into smaller rolls to meet customer specifications.
