The Single Facer machine is central to the operation, expertly corrugating the paper to form the characteristic fluted structure. The Conveyor Bridge then smoothly transports the material through the subsequent stages of production.
The Gluing Machine and Double Facer Machine work together to apply adhesive and bond the layers, resulting in strong and durable cardboard. The Slitter Scorer and Cut-off mechanisms precisely size and score the cardboard, while the Conveyor and Stacker efficiently organize and prepare the final product for shipment.
Behind the scenes, the Heating Systems, Air Compression Systems, and Glue Making Systems provide essential support, ensuring the entire operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
