The whole line mainly divided into stock preparation part, forming part, pressing and drying part, electric control transmission part and paper roll part. During the first year of owning our machines, if any parts or accessories are damaged due to proper use and not caused by human error, we will promptly replace them free of charge via air-mail or express delivery.
After the one-year warranty expires, spare parts and damaged components will be available for purchase at cost price. If any issues arise with the machine, we will take responsibility for resolving the problem quickly and assisting customers in getting their production back on track as soon as possible.
2. Can you make paper mill design for us?
--Yes, we have professional team with rich experience of paper mill design by CAD software. You only need to tell us your open land dimension, we will make your future paper mill design.
3. What's the payment terms?
--30% initial payment when place your order, 70% balance payment before shipment.
4. Could your engineer teach and train our worker and stay in our factory for long time?
--Certainly, we will dispatch experienced engineers to your location to install, test, and train your staff on operating the machine. However, please note that you will be responsible for covering their salary.
Our products come with a one-year warranty, and we are committed to providing assistance and spare parts even after this period.
