Description:
The kraft paper machine utilizes raw materials such as waste book paper, wood pulp board, waste paper boxes, old corrugated cartons, wheat straw pulp, and wood to produce various types of paper including kraft paper, test liner paper, corrugated medium paper, slotting paper, and cardboard.
The corrugated paper machine primarily produces packaging materials characterized by high strength and a brown color. Fully bleached or semi-bleached kraft paper pulp can be light brown, cream, or white. These papers are typically supplied in large rolls, although some are available in sheet form. Kraft paper is commonly used for applications such as cement paper bags, envelopes, and cable protection paper. High-quality waste cardboard boxes are recycled using advanced corrugated paper machines.

Wire Section:
There is a head box at the wet end of the paper machine that releases a consistent stream of water onto the line or to form fabric. Under the wire, the hydrofoil effectively removes moisture, improving the uniformity of the fiber and ensuring a tight weave. After the wire moves about 30-40 meters, the suction box further extracts the excess water, leaving a soft pad of pulp - the paper web.
Press Section:
In the press section, the paper roll is pushed through the press roller to squeeze water from the pulp pad and compacts the fiber to form a dense, smooth paper roll. At this stage, the water content is reduced to 45-55%.
Drying Section:
After entering the drying section, the paper roll encounters the steam-heated drying drum, and the drying degree is increased to 80-85%. A wet sizing solution is used to add a thin layer of starch to enhance hardness and fiber bonding. After sizing, the paper was further dried in a heated cylinder, losing about 93 percent of its moisture during the 400-meter drying process.
Winding Section:
After a 500-meter journey, the paper is wound onto a large drum, lifted by a crane to a nearby winding machine, and cut into smaller rolls according to the customer's requirements.
1. All moving parts of the kraft paper machine are fixed with plastic film.
2. Polystyrene foam board wrapped.
3. Wrap several circles with tight plastic film.
4. Wire the machine to the fumigated plywood tray.
5. Wrap boards around and nail them.
