This versatile paper machine is engineered to utilize a wide range of raw materials, including waste paper, recycled paper, and traditional sources such as wood pulp from trees, bamboo, reed, straw, cotton, and bagasse. Its adaptability enables the efficient conversion of these diverse materials into high-quality products such as craft paper, kraft paper, corrugated board, fluted paper, and test paper. With a production capacity of approximately 10 tons per day, the facility ensures continuous output of premium paper products while promoting sustainability through minimized waste and optimized resource utilization.
1.Wire section :Usually,it has two kinds of wire part,one is cylinder mould wire type,the other one is fourdrinier wire type.Both of them the function is to dewater from the wet paper.
2.Press section: the function is to press water from wet paper,after pressing,the dryness of the paper is range from 22% to 46%.
3.Dryer section: the function is to make paper dry,after the paper comes out from the dryer cylinder ,the dryness can be 92%-95%.
4.Reeling section: the function is to reel the paper into a jumbo paper roll.
5.Sizing section:Sizing machine's function is to add the starch to paper and make paper waterproof.
6.Calender section: the function is to make the paper's surface smooth.
7.Rewinding section: the function is to slit and rewind the jumbo roll paper to a small roll.
