This paper making machines can use waster paper,recycled paper ,tree ,bamboo ,reed ,wheat straw cotton and bagasse as raw material to make good quality craft paper, Kraft paper,corrugated paper, fluting paper ,testliner paper etc. within a capacity of around 500tons a day.
Wire Section: The wire section typically employs two types: cylinder mould wire and fourdrinier wire. Its primary function is to extract water from the wet paper pulp, initiating the dewatering process.
Press Section: Designed to further remove water from the paper, the press section applies pressure to the wet paper sheets. Post-press, the paper's moisture content ranges between 22% to 46%, depending on requirements.
Dryer Section: In this stage, the paper undergoes drying to achieve optimal moisture levels. Emerging from the dryer section, the paper attains a dryness level of 92% to 95%.
Reeling Section: Responsible for winding the dried paper onto jumbo paper rolls, the reeling section ensures efficient handling and storage of the paper product.
Sizing Section: While optional, the sizing machine plays a crucial role in enhancing paper quality by applying starch, rendering the paper waterproof. This section is particularly relevant for specific paper applications.
Calender Section: Optionally integrated, the calender section refines the paper's surface, enhancing its smoothness and overall appearance.
