Paper machine process flow:
The paper machine adopts air-cushion headbox, the forming part is formed by three-layer wire, the press section adopts three vacuum suction devices, one vacuum press roll and two jumbo rolls, and adopts hydraulic pressurization system. The drying section adopts single-tooth box transmission and square box type frame. The paper machine uses a semi-closed hood and an all-digital inverter control system.
Headbox( 3 sets)---three-layer wire----one vacuum suction move----one vacuum suction roll----one vacuum suction move----one double blanket jumbo roll press----one vacuum suction move----one double blanket jumbo roll press--- 1 set of φ1500 chrome coated paper leading dryer cylinder----8 set of φ1500 UNO roll and 44 sets of φ1800 dryer cylinder. The arrangement form(1+3+3UNO+3+3UNO+8+8+8+sizing machine+1+3+2UNO+10 including 14 sets of chrome coated dryer cylinders)----calender machine-----B/M---total automatic roll storage type rolling machine.

--Paper pulping machine packed by water-proof PVC film, and outside packed by wood case.
Tighten Packaging, Detailed Checking;
1. Fixed all the movable parts with plastic films.
2. Polystyrene foam plate wrapped around.
3. Wrapped with tighten,plastic films several circle.
4. Fixed machine on the fumigated plywood pallet with iron wire.
5. Wrapped with wooden board around and nailed on.
