This paper making machines can use waster paper, recycled paper ,tree ,bamboo ,reed ,wheat straw cotton and bagasse as raw material to make good quality Toilet paper, tissue , napkin paper , facial tissue etc. within a capacity of around 3 tons a day.
Pulp Preparation: The process begins with the preparation of pulp, which can be sourced from wood chips, recycled paper, or a blend of both. The pulp is mixed with water and chemicals to break down the fibers and remove impurities, creating a pulp slurry.
Wire Section: In the wire section, the pulp slurry is poured onto a moving wire mesh, allowing water to drain through while retaining the fibers to form a wet paper sheet. Depending on the type of machine, the wire section may feature either a cylinder mould or a fourdrinier wire.
Press Section: The wet paper sheet moves through a series of press rollers, which exert pressure to squeeze out excess water and increase the dryness of the paper. This section helps achieve the desired moisture content in the paper, typically ranging from 22% to 46%.
Dryer Section: Next, the partially dried paper sheet enters the dryer section, where it passes through a series of heated rollers or cylinders. The heat and controlled airflow evaporate the remaining water, resulting in a significantly drier paper sheet. By the end of this section, the paper's dryness typically reaches between 92% and 95%.
Reeling Section: Once sufficiently dried, the paper is wound onto large rolls known as jumbo rolls in the reeling section. These rolls serve as the raw material for further processing or can be sold directly to customers.
