This paper making machines can use waster paper,recycled paper ,tree ,bamboo ,reed ,wheat straw cotton and bagasse as raw material to make good quality craft paper, Kraft paper,corrugated paper, fluting paper ,testliner paper etc. within a capacity of around 150tons a day.
Wire Section: This segment includes two types of wire parts: the cylinder mould wire type and the fourdrinier wire type. Its primary role is to efficiently remove water from the wet paper pulp, aiding in the formation of the paper sheet. Employing advanced wire technologies helps in maximizing water removal while minimizing energy consumption.
Press Section: The press section plays a crucial role in further extracting water from the paper sheet, resulting in a dryness level ranging from 22% to 46%. Utilizing modern press technologies ensures optimal water removal efficiency while reducing energy usage, contributing to both environmental sustainability and operational efficiency.
Dryer Section: In this phase, the paper is subjected to drying processes to achieve a dryness level of 92% to 95%. Implementing energy-efficient drying technologies and heat recovery systems minimizes energy consumption while maintaining high drying efficiency, aligning with environmental conservation efforts.
Reeling Section: Here, the dried paper is wound into jumbo paper rolls. Automated reel handling systems enhance productivity and minimize material waste, promoting operational efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
Sizing Section (Optional): If included, the sizing machine applies starch to the paper to enhance its water resistance. Optimizing sizing processes reduces chemical usage and waste generation, contributing to eco-friendly manufacturing practices.
